Recently, some members of staff have experienced threatening or abusive behaviour. This is not acceptable. Our staff work hard every day to support our customers, often in challenging conditions, and they deserve to be always treated with respect and courtesy.
We understand that issues concerning the Iran conflict have led to spiralling global pricing and uncertain over supply. We do understand that this must be frustrating for our customers but threatening or abusive language towards our team will not be tolerated.
The challenges facing the kerosene market at the moment start in the Middle East and the impact is felt by us all.
We kindly ask all customers to treat our staff with the same respect they would expect themselves. Thank you to the many customers who continue to support our team and treat them with kindness and understanding.
